JOINT PRESS RELEASE
Irish Rail dispute
A Labour Court hearing took place on Thursday 9th November 2017. Following submissions made by all parties, the Court stated that it believed it could issue a recommendation that would assist in resolving the current industrial dispute at Irish Rail.
The Court further indicated that the Recommendation will be issued tomorrow evening.
The Trade Union Group will be meeting Friday evening at 16:30 hrs to consider the Recommendation.
