The Labour Court has today issued a Recommendation aimed at resolving the dispute at Bus Eireann.
In conjunction with the requirement of the Labour Court, Pickets are to be lifted with immediate effect.
Further notifications regarding Information Meetings, Ballots, etc. on the said Labour Court Recommendation LCR 21438 to be issued by the Unions.
Workers were commended for their exemplary behaviour during this most difficult of disputes in the face of unilateral action by Bus Éireann Management.
