This notice is to inform interested parties that Connect Trade Union and Transdev Dublin Light Rail (TDLR) are making a joint application to the Labour Court to register an Employment Agreement dated 8th of December 202 1. A copy of the agreement for registration is attached and can be accessed by clicking the link to the document provided below.
Any objection to the registration of the Employment Agreement should be directed to the Labour Court within 14 days of publication by sending any such objection by post to The Labour Court, Lansdowne House, Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4 or by email to info@labourcourt.ie and marked for the attention of the Registrar.
