Talks at the WRC ended last night (Monday, 13th March) without any agreement being reached on the efficiencies sought by the company to stave off insolvency.
There is no scheduled timeframe for re-engagement.
This Union had sought an agreed timeframe, in our attempt to get agreement, on a number of items that would help secure a decent wage for workers, who would not be constantly threatened by the consistent licensing of other operators, and bad management at Bus Eireann.
The company position is that they will considers its position and revert.
